Refunds And Returns For Conditions
Within 30 business days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product (The premise is that the product has not been any damage or disassembly) :
(1)The product cannot be charged.
(2)The product cannot be used on power tools.
(3)The product does not match the description on the website.
If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.
Within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Please email to email@example.com for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to PLAINFIELD Illinois US 60544. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For orders below $30, we will deduct $5.99 from the refund. For orders above $30, we will deduct reasonable freight charges according to the actual situation.
Late Or Missing Refunds
Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.

Normally, we will send it out within 2 workding days, and the transport time will be 3-15 days. Which does not contain your payment reach our account of the time, usually 10 minutes will arrive at our account, but does not exclude the special circumstances this process needs a few days, depending on the credit card payment platform (PayPal) into account. Products that are out of stock will be shipped automatically once we receive additional inventory.
All our orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. We are not able to refund any customs charges.
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at email@example.com and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.
If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you. There is a $6.99 restocking fee for order cancellation so please make sure you place an order after you are 100% sure for the purchase.
Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.
